Police are investigating a shooting near a West Belfast home.
Investigators say they are seeking information and witnesses after last night, Monday, April 4th, following an accident in the Shoes Park area.
Detective Sergeant Alexander said, “We only received a message at 9:30 p.m. that the homeowner heard a loud bell and checked the front door to find a small hole under the pane and a suspected shard of glass. Lead was found. Fortunately, the occupant who was in the house was unhurt. at that time.
“There was a man who ran away from home.
“Our investigations are ongoing and I urge anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have filmed CCTV or video footage, to call us at 101 1793 04/22/04.”
