Vortex over flight Moscow – Dornauer for speedy rehabilitation of civil servants

Date:

In the case of the suspended official of the Tyrolean state administration, who had taken two young Ukrainians out of the country, Deputy Governor Georg Dornauer (SPÖ) is now calling for an end to the disciplinary proceedings and the speedy rehabilitation of the person concerned.

“Now that the investigation has been closed, it is high time that the ongoing disciplinary proceedings are brought to a swift conclusion. It is clear that our employee acted fairly and that there was no violation,” Dornauer told “Krone” on Monday.

“I also want to leave a mark”
The SP boss of Tyrol “also wants to send a signal that our employees in the state service can count on their employer.” Dornauer knows and appreciates the person concerned himself and testifies to him a high degree of integrity, scrupulousness and diligence. “The man has worked for years in the interest of the state of Tyrol. You have to recognize that and act accordingly,” says Dornauer.

Justice: No investigation
Last week, the Innsbruck public prosecutor’s office announced that no preliminary investigation will be launched into the case of the two Ukrainian youths who were brought to their mothers from a Tyrolean accommodation by state officials on their own initiative. As spokesman Hansjörg Mayr explained at the time, the trip was “amicable” and at the “wish of the mothers and young people”. The Ministry of Justice also saw it that way after an audit.
