As is known, Kickl likes to appear provocative and sharp in TV interviews. He is encouraged by the polls showing that the Freedom Party has been in first place for months. This applies to both the EU elections and the elections for the National Council.
Kickl made his last major TV appearance in January on “ZiB2.” He then described the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, which he stormed as Home Secretary, as a “shithole.” This raid was later found unlawful by the court.
