200 Missing right positions calculated
The request for 200 extra authorities results from the Ministry of Justice for District and Constitutional Banks. Simply put, every typical action, such as a traffic accident, gets a minute value. This results in a position -requirement that is compared to the actual positions. According to this invoice, 177 places were missing at the beginning of 2025.
This includes those 33 positions that should be added because of the latest new laws that have recently been decided, you will have around 200 missing right pays. That is about 15 percent of the currently 1500 positions at the district and constitutional courts.
