Wednesday’s bad taste in the mouth for Spain in the Davis Cup overlapped with the resounding victory of the Spanish soccer team in its debut at Qatar 2022, with a 7-0 against the Costa Rican team.

Regarding the success of the soccer team, Rafa Nadal showed caution to the players: “Spain started the World Cup in the best possible way; it was the first game, although it’s always exciting to start like this”said the tennis player.

Rafa Nadal embarks on a tour of Latin America, which began in Argentina, where he defeated the national tennis player Casper Ruud, continues in Chile, where he will play this Friday against the Chilean Alejandro Tabilo , to continue later through Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil and Mexico.

However, the tennis player denied that he was thinking of retiring from tennis: “When I found a treatment that helped me get better, the general outlook changed a lot”Nadal said.
