Kyle Walker, Manchester City footballerwill not face criminal charges for his “indecent exposure”, when he dropped his pants twice at a club in the north of England a few days ago.
Cheshire Police confirmed on the Sky Sports channel that Walker voluntarily appeared at the police station on Thursday for questioning and the case is “closed”.
Walker has been the subject of a police investigation in recent days after British tabloid The Sun released a security video of a club in the English town of Wilmslow in which the footballer appeared with his pants down, which is a crime of “indecent display in public”.
The English international is undecided on the matter and Manchester City, through its coach, Pep GuardiolaHe made sure to treat it privately, although he reminded players that when they leave the house they can be recorded at any time.
The investigation did not stop Walker play in the last games at City or be called up by the English team for the next games against Italy and Ukraine.
