the italian Martina Fidanza (Ceratizit WNT) won the sprint in the 3rd edition of the Belgian one-day event Mouscron cycledisputed around this town with a route of 120 km.
Fidanza (Ponte San Pedro, 23 years old), the fastest of the runners who competed for the speed victory, took advantage of a perfect throw from her sister Arianna, who was fourth at the finish line.
The winner raised her arms alongside the Finnish Anniina Ahtosalo (Uno X) and the French Valentine Fortin (Cofidis), second and third respectively.
A test was played in bad weather, as rain was present throughout the route. The peloton was split in half and a large group of riders contested the victory, with Uno X and Ceratizit particularly prominent.
In the end everyone stayed in the family. Arianna Fidanza threw her sister and partner Martina and she finished with a clear victory for speed. The winner succeeded the Dutch Thalita de Jongh in the list of winners.
