Toni Bou (Montesa) was done this Friday alone under the leadership of X-Trial World Cup by winning, leading to Jaime Busto (GasGas) the third scoring test, held in the French town of Clermont-Ferrand.
Bou and Busto arrive at Zenit d’Auvergne in Clermont-Ferrand tied on 35 points after sharing wins in the first two rounds of the competition: Madrid and Chambery.
This Friday, Toni Bou, 18-time world champion in this modality (and another 18 outdoors), won by adding 7 penalty points in the final, compared to 10 from Jaime Busto, 12 from Adam Raga (Sherco) and to 23 by Frenchman Benoit Bincaz (Sherco).
In this way, Bou leads the competition with 55 points, five more than Busto and 22 ahead of Raga.
The fourth event of the Indoor Trial World Championship will be on February 2 at Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona.
