A motorized plane crashed shortly after take-off in East Tyrol on Sunday afternoon. According to initial information, the pilot has died. The result was a large-scale action by the police, fire brigade and rescue services.
The accident happened around 2.30 pm near the airfield in Nikolsdorf. The motorized plane crashed into a field. The first information immediately on the scene would have turned the motorized aircraft over shortly after takeoff and then crashed.

The wreck would have burned after hitting the field. “The Aircraft Accident Commission has been informed,” the police told the “Krone”.
