At around 4:40 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, two motorcycles collided on Mooskirchnerstraße near Gießenberg. The rescue center in Styria mainly alerted four first responders, the ambulance helicopter Christophorus 12, three ambulances from the districts of Voitsberg and Graz and the ambulance vehicle Voitsberg. The fire service and police were also notified.

“All the injured could be addressed on arrival,” says Marcel Hausegger of the Red Cross. However, a 45-year-old woman had to be put into artificial deep sleep on the spot before being flown by emergency helicopter to Graz University Hospital.
