A serious accident would permanently change the life of Viennese Brigitte Fryza in 2021. The woman, who has since struggled with health problems, is now asking possible witnesses to the accident for help in the case against the accident driver.
Brigitte Fryza will probably never be able to completely forget Tuesday, November 16, 2021. A friend dropped her off in the evening at the Corona test box on Ruthnergasse, on the corner of Scottgasse in Floridsdorf, as she revealed in an interview with the ‘Krone’. When Fryza had finished testing, she would be picked up again by car. Looking for her friend, the Viennese woman crossed what she described as a ‘quiet, illuminated’ street around 6:30 p.m.
“I received a violent push from the right”
At the grass verge in the middle of the street she looked to the left again, but was hit with full force by a car from the right. The diagnosis: skull and whiplash trauma, elbow, shoulder and cervical spine injuries, stress syndrome. Despite countless therapies and rehabilitations, the sporty woman still suffers from panic and dizziness attacks and enormous balance problems.
“A kind stranger helped me”
A previously unknown man, about 30 to 40 years old, helped her with good encouragement and informed her acquaintances and the rescuers about the accident. Now Ms Fryza is urgently looking for witnesses to the accident for the trial of the driver of the accident, who probably only wants to blame her. “Please get in touch,” she also appeals to “Krone” readers who may be among the observers.
If anyone can provide information about the accident, no matter how small, please send an email to: fryzabrigitte@gmx.at.
