The ELA union crossed out this Friday “unacceptable” the proposal of the employers’ associations of old people’s homes in Gipuzkoa during the meeting of the negotiating table for the agreement.
This center regrets that no proposals have been made for the years 2017-2021, nor has the reference to the CPI for the coming years been raised, in addition to not collecting “other content other than salary increases”.
“While the employers have put forward a proposal to unblock the negotiating table, as we demanded at the last meeting, it is not clear whether they have the will and commitment to really negotiate and reach an agreement,” said ELA, which the proposed as “even worse than other proposals that the employers themselves had made in previous negotiating tables”.
During the meeting, the nationalist central adopted an approach “which reaffirms its commitment to relaunch a genuine negotiation, in accordance with the various proposals already made at the table: pay increases taking into account previous years, increases in the amount of seniority and holiday allowances, paid rest 20 minutes a day increase in employmentand improvements in type to travelamong other things”.
