It’s that time again: the “Golden Note”, the renowned classical music prize for young talent, continues to the next round. This year, three exceptional young talents qualified for the grand finals in the string and plucked instruments category. Their performances not only earned them the coveted trophy, but also international stage experience.
This year, for the eighth time, the ‘Gouden Noot’ will be awarded to extraordinary talents with the Classic Young Talent Promotion Award. The nine finalists from three categories have already been determined. They convinced the jury with their performances in the genres of “string and plucked instruments”, wind instruments and “keyboard instruments”.
The big TV finale of the “Golden Note 2024” will air on May 31 at 9:20 PM and you have the chance to help determine who wins. You can vote for your favorite until May 14, 11:59 PM on tv.orf.at. Every voice is important to support the musical dreams of these young artists. Cast your vote and be part of their musical journey! In addition to your vote, a star jury consisting of renowned luminaries from the classical genre will decide.
