It’s that time again: Monday afternoon a Eurowings machine at Salzburg Airport was taken off the schedule. Official Reason: “Lock Trouble!”
Several flight cancellations are currently grounding holidaymakers across Europe. Salzburg airport is also affected.
Lock problem
The Eurowings machine EW4346 should have left for Cologne on Monday afternoon with 120 passengers. But shortly before departure at 3.10 pm, the frustrated passengers received a text message: The flight is being removed from the flight schedule. The official reason this time was not the lack of staff, but a lock problem. In German: problems taking off and landing.
