The technological multinational Azkoyen group has acquired 100% of the Latvian company Vendon, a leading company in connectivity and IoT solutions for digital payment methods and telemetry in Central Europe.

Azkoyen points this out in a note, explaining that the initial cash fee to be paid by Vendon is €9.3 million with possible additional payments of up to 4 million euros, subject to the achievement of the sales targets of the 2022-2024 business plan, which will amount to 8.5 million euros in the final year.

The company, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Riga, whose main markets are France, Germany, the Benelux and the United Kingdom, has more than 45,000 connected machines In these 11 years, the company has grown from a European operator to a global player, with connected machines in more than 82 countries.
