In an exciting TV interview with Gerhard Koller, Jobseller Heinz Herczeg divides ‘Generation Z’ into two large groups: the 14 to 19 year olds on the one hand and the 20 to 29 year olds on the other. Both groups have very different work motives, attitudes and needs, with “mental satisfaction” often falling at the moment. In addition, there is little satisfaction with the personal financial situation.
A tidy house, a new apartment and, for example, long journeys all seem increasingly unrealistic and competition with other participants in the labor market is also increasingly feared: “Employers generally have to approach younger employees much more and actively pick them up, that is the only way they can do it, we succeed in binding them to the company in the long term,” says Herczeg.
In the video above you can see much more details about job satisfaction and the “question of job satisfaction”.
