In the new year, the private brewery from Salzburg will sell the two French mineral water brands “Evian” and “Volvic”.
At the beginning of this year, the private brewery from Salzburg will enter the mineral water sector: in the future, the ‘premium mineral water brands’ Evian and Volvic will be offered on the Austrian market through Stiegl Drinks and Service GmbH, according to a press release. Both brands belong to the Danone Group. The brewery is thus expanding its range of drinks and also offers various lemonades under the “Stieglitz” brand.
“The fact that Danone has chosen us confirms the excellent work of our sales team. Just like Stiegl, Evian and Volvic also focus on quality, enjoyment and sustainability,” explains director Dieter Moser. The privately owned brewery from Salzburg, which has been around since 1492, wants to appeal to catering and retail customers and increase the availability of mineral water brands.
