Spokesperson for the installation – Heating exchange: Wild growth should have an end

Date:

At the end of 2024, the financing spot suddenly was shocked almost at night for almost the provisional end of the heating exchange “from oil and gas” and also the artisans who are still full of all hands. What is the following? Manfred Denk, Federal Guild Master of the Installers, longs for the wild growth in financing.

About 90,000 heating systems are registered at the end of the year “Out of Oil and Gas” and must now be implemented on 31 December 2025 to actually collect the financing. A huge order standard that must be processed for the installers in the country. “We will all be able to install these systems in time. We are happy to work there,” says Manfred DENK, who recently moved the advertising bum for a new training instructions on the Webuild Energy Saving in Wels.

The Federal Guild Master of the Installers emphasizes that the companies he represented already feel the crisis on construction, caused by enormously increased property, construction and financing costs: “We have few orders in the new building. The renovation projects were therefore worth gold for us last year.”

In the course of government negotiations, especially as a blue and black savings plans, there had been a protest from the installers who should be further granted for the heating fair to keep the order situation stable. And now? What does the opinion of DENK look like after the new federal government has started?

Longing for “reasonable federal financing”
“My personal requirement is that I prefer to take a little less financing as we now had. The Federal Guild Master of the Installers wants a” reasonable federal financing, which would then be uniform for all citizens. “

State financing is available unchanged
The state council of the Upper Austria, Markus Achleitner, also speaks a continuation of boiler exchange promotions at the federal level: “in realistic quantity,” as he says. A degressive model was brought into government negotiations: the financing would start with a quota of 50 percent and fall to zero for more than ten years. “This would bring predictability and predictability for people and the heating industry,” said Achleitner. The state financing for the replacement of a fossil heating by a biomass heating system, a heat pump or a district heating connection are available unchanged, he emphasizes.
