After 22 years is over! In 2003, the IFN window network Attnang-Puchheim had entered the façade construction specialist, the majority remained until the end. Now the Traun Company, which includes internal and schlotter, now sold its shares and also ensures a comeback from the ex-Boss.
“We will concentrate very strongly on our core competencies in the future. These are clearly with high-quality window, door, sun protection and facade products that are mainly used in residential construction,” says Christian Klinger, spokesperson for the IFN group from Traun (Upper Austria).
From the head office from Energie-AG to the Ars Electronics Center
In 2003 the family business, which includes brands such as Internal and Schlotterer, was performing in Attnang-Puchheim. The shares had risen to 67 percent over the years – IFN kept the majority. Now, however, a final line was drawn under the project company with large facades and the majority sold to Pohn Management GmbH, which was anyway, co -owner. The company of Adolf Pohn is now the only owner of Gig Holding, who have projects such as the Power Tower of Energie AG and the Ars Electronics Center in Linz on his business card.
“Know the company with almost no other”
“Mr. Pohn knows the company with almost no other”, enthusiastically Klinger about the man who withdrew from the operational management of the facade maker about 14 years ago – and is now also celebrating a comeback in the executive chairman under the changed property conditions and is now operational in management. Pohn knows: “A clear strategic focus is especially important in challenging business times – we will worry about this.”
Speaking of the focus: IFN has it too. The brand for the doors of the subject will therefore grow closer together in the future with the internal form. A competence center for front doors with joint product management is planned.
