From July 2018, HO delivery was in a majority stake in Glovo and then took over the only control over the company in July 2022. The EU committee accuses the delivery services before taking over.
The two therefore do not dispute their participation in the cartel. Last year the delivery HE announced that a punishment could be imposed on possibly more than 400 million euros. Until then, the group had covered 186 million euros in this case. Delivery HO and GLOVO are among the largest food delivery services in Europe. Delivery HO is represented in Germany with Foodora.
