Since the end of April, the Brau Union has been looking for a new tenant for the traditional Inn “Zum Pompe” in the center of Klagenfurt. Some gastro -sizes made a cancellation of the group. The new tenants were presented on Tuesday evening.
For many friends of the tavern culture, it was a bitter blow at the end of April when she stood in front of closed doors in the “Zum Pume – Gasthaus Zum Großglockner” inn. Because the Brau trade union agreed with the previous tenant to go individual paths. And since then, the company has also been looking for a successor to the traditional inn in the middle of the center of Klagenfurt. Many well -known restaurant owners have also rejected.
New tenant found
After a good two months, the Brau -Vakbond presented the new tenants of the traditional inn on Tuesday evening. “We are very happy that we have found tenants with the Filippitsch family who not only have gastronomy experience for many years, but also have a clear dedication to regional dishes and hospitality,” explains Werner Kresse, regional sales director of the Brau Union Austria. Martin Filipptic, who has been a long -term restaurant owner, will lead the company together with his family.
The popular tavern must remain faithful to the culinary line: with freshly taped beer and down -eathearth Cuisine. “Together with our team we want to create an inn that invites you to get stuck and invite you to stay old and young-with the best dishes, drinks and real hospitality,” said the new tenant family.
The opening must take place within three weeks. Renovation work is carried out in advance.
