He GDP would win the municipal elections on May 28 Bilbao and would again hit the absolute majority, so the current mayor, Juan Mari Aburtowould receive a third term, according to the macro survey EITB focusthe largest made in Euskadi.
The jeltzale formation would grow in percentage of the vote, going from 43.1% in 2019 to 44% in May, but would retain its current representation, with 14 councillors.

For his part, EH Bildu it would become the second force, with a 2-point increase in voting intent, to 17.1%, and one more councillor, 5.

The third place would be the PSE-EEwith the same number of councilors in the last legislature, 5, but with a drop of 1.4 points in votes, to 14.7%.
huddle togethera coalition formed by Podemos Euskadi, Ezker Anitza-IU, Berdeak Equo and Alianza Verde, would keep the 3 councilors that Elkarrekin Podemos gained in 2019 despite losing 0.7 points in votes (it would have 9.9%).
finally, the PP would get one less representative, 2, after trailing 1.4 points in votes.

6,649 people living in the BAC were interviewed in preparation for the special edition of EITB Focus on the municipal and regional elections on May 28 (1,543 in Álava, 2,483 in Bizkaia and 2,623 in Gipuzkoa). In Navarre, 1,204 people participated.
Random sample stratified by historical territory, description, municipality, gender and age.
The fieldwork was carried out from February 27 to March 17 in the CAV and from February 22 to 27 in Navarra.
