According to the election calendar, the Electoral Council will be established on March 1 and political forces will have from March 13 to 18 to present their candidacies. Eight days later they are officially proclaimed. The election campaign starts on Easter Friday, April 5, and will last fifteen days. After the day of reflection, the elections will be, as we said, on April 21.
On the eve of this movement, the Basque government announced yesterday the filing of an appeal against unconstitutionality to the Constitutional Court against the state law on the right to housing (Law 12/2023) “for violation of powers”.
