Just six weeks ago, local farmers made their voices heard before the EU Parliament in Brussels. On the day of the special EU summit, farmers rode on their tractors and honked their horns through the Belgian capital to protest against agricultural regulations, high costs and lots of bureaucracy. A lot is at stake for the farmers on Tuesday.
