The alleged perpetrator of the ‘Koldo case’, businessman Víctor de Aldama, stated on Monday in his statement as a defendant before the judge investigating the alleged plot at the Supreme Court (TS) that there is between 3.5 and 4 million euros paid commissions for the award of public works, some alleged bribes that he detailed were shared with the former Spanish Minister of Transport José Luis Ábalos, his former ministerial advisor Koldo García and also at the PSOE.
