0-4: Las Palmas extend Malaga Fair on goals

Date:

Without Viera and without the coveted number ‘9’, Las Palmas loved it based on good goals against a Málaga who had little to do during the game. Óscar Clemente opened the scoring in the 44th minute and, starting in the second half, the insular storm was very strong.

García Pimienta’s men wanted to star from the start even without Jonathan Viera who missed the match due to discomfort in his ischium. The local team was entrusted to Rubén Castro and Álex Gallar, but they always appeared as an island around Álvaro Valles.

Álvaro Jiménez warned with a shot from outside the area, but the crossbar was blocked. Alberto Moleiro was the helm and wand of the yellows and as a result the first goal came shortly before the referee was sent to the locker room. In a personal move, after a series of rebounds, he left Óscar Clemente free in front of the goal so that he could determine against Manolo Reina.

The script didn’t change in the second half and UD had a lot of UD for a Málaga that was still in the Fair. In the 56th minute, Marc Cardona put the ground in the middle, after the help of Clemente, who looked like a real killer against the local goalkeeper to define himself as the ‘9’ he is.

From there, the Guedes lowered their arms. Álvaro Jiménez finished his performance with a Vaseline before Manolo Reina left. 3-0 and La Rosaleda surrendered in applause to García Pimienta’s team.

It all went to fun for the islanders. Just entering the field of play, Marvin Park, making his debut in the Las Palmas jersey, scored his goal after a drive down the right wing.

Sports Union added its first victory that likes itself and clears doubts about the lack of goals based on goals. Málaga, meanwhile, are deepening their mini-results crisis after failing to add three in the first two days.
