Official: Graham Potter, new Chelsea manager until 2027

Date:

The Chelsea has made official the acquisition of Graham Potter as the new ‘blue’ coach until 2027. The ‘blue’ club would have paid Brighton 23 million as a clause for taking the English coach, which becomes a substitute after the sudden termination of Thomas Tuchel. In this way, the British trainer imposes himself on other names similar to that of Mauricio Pochettino and Zinedine Zidane -unequipped-, and Ruben Amorim, currently coach of Sporting Lisbon. With this 23 million, the new ‘blue’ coach became the second most expensive coach in history after Julian Nagelmannfor which Bayern paid Leipzig 25 million last year.
