In the absence of official confirmation there is no agreement between the RFEF and the LPFF on the issue of arbitration. The female boss The RFEF’s latest proposal setting the total arbitration salary at around 1,800,000 euros per season is considered unattainable. Considering that each of the 30 days has 8 games, this means that around €7,500 each match to pay the refereeing team (referee and assistant). Although no breakdown has been confirmed, 3,200 of those euros correspond to the main referee, while each of the assistants will receive 1,600.
The proposal is a far cry from the one presented on Monday by the Women’s League, where it puts the salary of each referee at 1650 euros every game and 825 for each attendee. The F League considers these fees unaffordable.
Due to this situation, for now nothing changes and the referees maintain their position of not going to the first day of the league. Quite the opposite of clubs that maintain their attitude of presenting themselves in criminal consequences against members and assistants who do not attend for damages. Responsibility to referees on a personal level, understanding that they are not exercising their public role. Therefore, although it is not played, the day has not been officially suspended.
