Miller: “Everything went better than planned”

Date:

the australian Jack Miller (Ducati Desmosedici GP22), winner of the Japanese Grand Prix, said after stepping off the podium that it was all out “Better than planned.”

“I felt strong all weekend.even yesterday, so I was disappointed in the seventh in the standings”, admitted

“I knew I was going well from Friday’s sessionand even this morning I also had a hard tire and I came back very fast, when I was in the lead I knew where to push and I was able to set a very strong pace,” explained Miller .

On the tires, like all the riders, he said that “the choice was difficult because everyone chose the intermediate, but I used the hard one in the ‘wam up’ and I felt lighter immediately, but ten laps from the end I have to manage the straight well, because the tire has a lot of camber, although I think I did well from start to finish”.

“This victory is very emotional. and I was crying like a baby on the celebration lap, I didn’t know that I have that inside of me, but since I was riding alone at the end, the only man to beat was the one you have that you have to try don’t listen to him too much and don’t make mistakes,” said Jack Miller.
