Alpine makes the corridor for Alonso

Fernando Alonso said goodbye to Alpine this Sunday, in his last race with the team of his life (formerly Renault, where he won the 2005 and 2006 World Cups) and the French team wanted to honor him before the appointment. Going to the box, members of the French team met at the entrance to his garage to make an emotional corridor for him and applaud the Spaniard.

The man from Oviedo thanked each of the members present in an exciting moment before his last Alpine race, an appointment that however he faced with mixed feelings. He wanted to enjoy himself to the fullest, but Alpine told him not to attack Ocon, thinking of defending fourth place in the Constructors’ World Championship. On the other hand, Fernando made it clear that he did not want to attack Vettel to honor him on the day of his farewell to F1.
