The LNFS denounced the RFEF’s campaign of persecution of its clubs

The National Futsal League (LNFS) denounced this Monday “a campaign of persecution and harassment” by those Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) towards its clubs, where it imposes economic penalties for displaying the former’s logo in its facilities.

According to LNFSthe penalties on clubs in the First and Second divisions for advertising any distinctive sign of their “attempt to the property rights of legal persons and depriving the associates of compliance with important commercial agreements, which are legal signed to entities that comply with legal regulations that result in financial impairment in a delicate economic situation”.

The LNFS said in a statement that the teams that are part of it “have a commercial agreement with their Association, which includes placing and displaying identity logos in various advertising media during the celebration of their official against.”

“The RFEF has orchestrated a campaign of persecution and obscene harassment, using in a shameful and fraudulent way the arbitration group and the federative committees to punish the clubs, with the sole purpose of intimidating and extorting the them,” he said.

The body led by Javier Lozano added that the RFEF “It has not been able to destroy the unity and the sense of belonging of the clubs of LNFS” and asserted that “in his unfortunate actions he exhibits an unhealthy obsession with destroying the National Futsal League and a storied legacy of 33 years”.

“This repeated behavior is unacceptable and inappropriate for an institution like RFEFmore concerned with exploding the will and assets of the associated clubs by permanently attacking the National Futsal League and the figure of its president, javier lozanoinstead of focusing all their efforts on safeguarding the interests of a competition, which under their organization suffers serious organizational setbacks that significantly reduce their credibility and visibility, in the face of enormous work conducted by LNFS to make Futsal a professional sport”, he added.
