3.- It is a documented fact that José María del Nido Benavente sold shares to Americans. Sold, as a minimum and shown, THREE THOUSAND SHARES OF SEVILLA FC to Americans on July 13, 2020, and promised to sell 125 shares to them every three months, at a price of 2,850 euros per share, by virtue of a deed granted in front of the Notary Public José María Manzano Gómez, with protocol number 734/2020 (a copy of which is recorded in the Civil Court, in a proceeding against Del Nido Benavente to claim penalties) and what is contained in a private document (also shown in court in the same procedure). In addition to the previous sale, it is clear that another package of shares was sold on the same day under protocol number 740/2020 by the same notary (presentation of documentation is required in the said procedure).
4.- I have never violated the stability agreement signed. The only thing that has ruined it since signing and repeatedly is José María del Nido Benavente, to attack the club with the Americans, because of his unrestrained desire for money and power. He sold shares to the Americans, he signed a new partnership agreement with the Americans, he spent 3 years trying to overthrow the council and hinder the operation of the company.
