The Central Court of Madrid has granted a precautionary measure to the sanction imposed by the TAD
Robert Lewandowski can play in the Catalan derby on Saturday. The Central Court of Madrid has granted the precautionary measure to the Polish striker after the sanction imposed by the TAD.
The striker was penalized three matches for his gesture of touching his nose after being sent off in the game against Osasuna. Just a week ago, the TAD rejected the Catalan entity’s appeal to reduce the three-match penalty imposed on Lewandowski.
With this decision by the Controversial Central Court of Madrid, Xavi Hernández can count on Lewandowski to face Blauw-Wit this Saturday at Camp Nou at 2pm.
In Resolution 01.09.2023, the above-mentioned Court ruled that “the requested precautionary claim is granted and the sanction imposed on the player Robert Lewandowski is provisionally suspended until the administrative decision is final.”
