The Movistar is the only Spanish team in Tour de France this yearof 22 starting in Bilbao on July 1in the list announced this Wednesday by the organizers.
Of those 22 teams, 18 are part of the WorldTeam, the equivalent of the first division, of which the Movistar Team is. The other four are the two qualifiers on the right, the Belgian Lotto Dstny and the French TotalEnergies, and two invitees, the Israel-Premier Tech from Israel and the Uno-X Pro Cycling Team from Norway.
As usual, France will be the country with the widest representation, with a total of five teams, one less than in 2022: AG2R Citroën Team, Groupama-FDJ, Team Arkea-Samsic, Team Cofidis and TotalEnergies.
