This is the body in charge of carrying out the designations of the First and Second divisions, as stated in the Royal Decree of the Spanish Sports Federations.
Two referees are better placed. One of them is Sanchez Martinez. It is true that the Murcian, who is also considered one of the best referees in the category, blew the whistle in the first leg at the Santiago Bernabéu and just directed Barcelona-Sevilla a few days ago at the Camp Nou – Real Madrid in San Mames.
