A complaint for alleged aggravated sexual abuse was presented to the Argentine Justice against the footballer Gonzalo Montiel, defender of Sevilla and world champion in the Albiceleste, according to the victim’s lawyer.
The events took place on January 1, 2019at a birthday celebration for Montiel, and composed of “sexual abuse with carnal access aggravated by a group of people” at the player’s house, according to lawyer Raquel Hermida in an interview with Radio 10.
The complaint originally in the Justice of the municipality of La Matanza, where the abuse occurred, is raised these days because the victim, according to the lawyer, received threats from the player’s environment, even from Montiel’s mother, when she went to confirm the complaint of abuse.
According to Hermida, the victim maintained “a small, brief relationship” with Montiel, who he invited her to meet his family and insisted that he attend the party at La Matanza.
The victim is a model and does not drink alcohol, but after trying two drinks “he is unconscious”said the lawyer.
