The UCI Nations Cup 2023 start this year for Junior Spanish team in arguing the legendary Paris-Roubaixwhich will once again be an important and motivating challenge for the world’s best juniors on April 9.

The national team will face the French event with confidence in the great work carried out from March 16 to 19 in the preparatory concentration held in Úbeda (Jaén).

The Paris-Roubaix junior will once again propose, as in previous editions, a route of 111 kilometers of route with 17 sections of pavés, including some of the most legendary as Mons en Pevele or the Carrefour de l’Arbre, where juniors will cover a total of 29.2 kilometers on cobblestones. Geraint Thomas, Mads Pedersen, Peter Sagan, Arnaud Demare, Jasper Stuyven or Tom Pidcock are some of the names that appear in the list of winners of this race in the youth category.

“We have a good group, very homogeneous, with three first-year riders plus the seniority of the other three and especially of Pablo Lospitao, who already competed in these races last year, so if the mechanical breakdowns respect us, I expect a good result of how much I saw the group in the previous concentration”, comments of national coach Paco Cerezo.

The start of the exam will be given at 11:45 am, while the arrival is scheduled around 2:30 pm.
