Leganés will host, during the week of May 22 to 28, the Final Four of the Copa de la Reina – Iberdrola, which means three exciting matches and a range of activities related to the tournament. The town of Pepinera will be the center of Spanish women’s football, in some intense days that will culminate in a grand final where a musical show of the highest level will be held before.
The Committee for the Designation of Match Venues of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), in its session on Thursday, April 20, 2023, approved the celebration in Leganés of this four-way final of the 41st edition of the Cup of HM the queen
The RFEF will announce, in the coming days, when the draw for the semifinal pairings will be held, as well as the top name of the musical show that will take place before the final. In the same way, the prices of the tickets and the way to get them will also be announced.
The Butarque Leganés Municipal Stadium will be the coliseum where the women’s KO tournament will be decided. An event in which the RFEF, as organizer, will have the collaboration of the Community of Madrid, Leganés City Council and CD Leganés, as well as the Royal Madrid Football Federation.
Alhama CF, Atlético de Madrid, Athletic Club and Real Madrid will compete in the Copa de la Reina – Iberdrola 2022/2023, after securing their tickets for this Final Four in the quarters played, a single match, between March 7 and 9.
