The Classic Mountain team was named runner-up in the world in 2022 and returns to the World Cup with three of its four members: Andreu Blanes (sixth in Chiang Mai and runner-up in Spain in the mountain race), Álex García Carrillo (15th and national champion in Lloret de Mar) and Miquel Corbera (19th and champion of Spain 2023 of vertical climbing and winner of the National of the Federations of Lerín).
The team is completed by sub23 Ibai Larrea, full bronze in Lloret and fourth in the vertical climb.
