Torres: “Spanish arbitration needs reflection”

Manuel Torres President of Huescaindicated this Tuesday in media statements that the Spanish arbitration requires “a reflection”.

In this regard, he added that there is nothing “equality of standards” in refereesor to VAR or in the field and that “things are missing” to help improve.
