Pedro Acosta (Kalex), leader of the Moto2 world championship, is tied on points with Italian Tony Arbolino (Kalex) who says he is ready for “all situations”, as the French Grand Prix which takes place this weekend at Le Mans often has very changeable weather conditions.
“At Le Mans we have to be attentive to the weather conditions, because they can change very quickly, but we are ready for all situations,” Acosta said in the press release from his KTM team.
“Jerez had a great weekendwhere we improved some aspects that we had pending, even in the race we lacked some things, but we got a good result and today we arrived at a circuit where last year we did well, we were able to speed you up and we learned a lot”, said “Shark” Acosta.
“We are in good shape before the first break of the season and we can still continue to improve”, acknowledges the pilot from Puerto de Mazarrón.
His team-mate, fellow Spaniard Albert Arenas, also assured that he was “very eager to go to Le Mans”.
“The sensations since the tests have improved and we know what areas we need to focus on to get the most out of our ride. We hope to do our best and take that step that will allow us to improve the results”, explained Arenas.
