On Sunday, May 14, the Barcelona School Sports Council celebrating the eighth day of crossbreeding of the school sports season. The 12th edition of the Cros de Sant Andreu, the last of the Challenge of School Cross 2022/23will be held at Besòs River Park, an ideal place for outdoor sports. Men, women and youth, between 3 and 17 years old, will participate in different circuits adapted to each level. The races will take place throughout the morning, from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm, and the Pont del Molinet will be the meeting point for the runners who will participate.
He CEEB there will be a collaboration of entities AE Bon Pastor, Barcelona Athletic Club and the district of Sant Andreu in the organization of this cross. At the end of the circuit, a bag with gifts will be delivered to the athletes and a medal to the first classified in each category. This will be the last cross of the Challenge, but the cross season does not end here.
The closing of the course will be held on Saturday, May 27 at Festa Suma’t, where all participants will be able to run with family and friends in a sporting, playful and festive day held at CEM La Mar Bella.
