Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (50), former player (1996-2007) and former coach of Manchester Utd (2018-21), making sure that before, during his time as a footballer, the dressing room of the ‘red devil’ team was stricter and more mature than today. The Norwegian coach, currently without a team, compared the attitude of one and the other when there are wardrobe problems.
As an example, he gave two players of that time: Gary Neville and Roy Keane, who “left” the team after a bad game, something he argued was necessary. Solskjaer said: “The people in that locker room were incredible. Roy was the leader everyone looked up to and Gary was always there. You had to back each other up. If you do that to kids now, they go to their father, their mother, or their agents… They’re like Snowflake. Not many nowadays survive that locker room.”
