The Brazilian Éder Militao, central defender of Real Madrid, apologized Thursday to Madrid fans for his team’s resounding defeat against City of Manchester (4-0) on Wednesday at Semifinals of the Champions League.
“Madridistas: I want to apologize for not achieving our biggest goal of the season and say it We will come back stronger and ready for the next one.. Thank you to our fans for their unconditional support throughout the season. Like Madrid and nothing else”, Militao wrote on his Twitter account.
Real Madrid were eliminated on Wednesday from the Champions League semifinals after losing 4-0 at the stadium City of Manchester with two goals from Portuguese Bernardo Silva, one from Argentine Julián Álvarez and another from Militao with his own goal.
