The Federation communicated this Wednesday that it has received the judgment handed down by the Social Court number 3 of Madrid, dated June 13, 2023, in which is deleted in its entirety the demand promoted by Juan Rubiales (uncle of the organization’s president, Luis Rubiales) against the RFEF and declared the eviction as from.
The sentence reflects, after the evidence presented, not only that there was no conduct of the type indicated by Juan Rubiales in the lawsuit, but also that confirms the oppositeas the RFEF stressed in an official statement.
According to this version, the sentence stating that Juan Rubiales engaged in irregular behaviors and taboo ended up referring to source of dismissal. All this is without prejudice to the various judicial actions that the RFEF has brought against this former worker.
After conducting the trial on November 10, 2022, in which the Public Prosecutor’s Office has already concluded that there was no violation of the fundamental rights of the former federal worker, the judicial body proving thorough complianceof the RFEF, of the legal framework applicable to the dismissal of Juan Rubiales.
Because of this, the judicial resolution confirmed that RFEF acts at all times in accordance with the law and with full respect for all the fundamental rights of former workers, emphasizes the Federation in its statement.
