Kang In Lee: “Thank you for everyone’s love for Son Moix”

Date:

South Korean Kang In Lee, who this Saturday was signed by Paris Saint-Germain to join the squad led by Spanish coach Luis Enrique Martínez, said goodbye to Mallorca and his fans with a message on social networks .

Lee played for the Balearic club for two seasons under coaches Luis García Plaza and Javier Aguirre and hails from Valencia. Last year, the partnership he formed with Kosovar Vedat Muriqi was decisive for the vermillions to qualify in ninth position and secure their third consecutive season in the First Division.

“I came to the Island two years ago with the hope of continuing to grow as a footballer and do it consecutively at the club. I have only good memories of the happy times we had together. The union between the team and the fans this year have been fundamental to achieve our goal. Thank you for everyone’s love for Son Moix”, wrote the Asian player.

“You have helped me grow as a player and as a person and while I was here I fulfilled my dream of playing in a World Cup with my country,” he added.

Lee also said goodbye to his teammates, coaching staff and club workers and thanked them for “how” they “always” treated him.

“I am sure that Mallorca will continue to grow. Now I am facing a new important challenge in my career. I will never forget these years. Aunt Mallorca”, concluded Kang In Lee.

Lee’s transfer to PSG will leave around 22 million euros in the coffers of the Mallorcan entity, an amount of money that puts the operation, in terms of money, at the height of the sales of the Cameroonian Samuel Eto’ or and the Spanish Dani Güiza and Diego Tristan.
