The hooded men emerge from a dead body while playing

Date:

A pre-season friendly between lower division English teams dunston uts and Gateshead FC had to be sent off after two masked men drove a dead car onto the pitch on Friday.

According to a Gateshead fan who spoke to the BBC, “two people in ski masks” threw protest banners through the car window and got out of the car before getting into another silver car and driving away.

“Due to an incident on the pitch that occurred after half an hour, tonight’s match has been abandoned by the referee,” Gateshead wrote on Twitter. Gateshead supporter Archie told the BBC that the trespassers “apparently came through the gate into the car park” and then broke the railings surrounding the pitch. The stadium was evacuated as a police helicopter flew over the field after the incident.

});

Northumbria Police said no one was hurt or threatened and they have launched an investigation.
