The Sevillian goalkeeper of Paris Saint-Germain, Sergio Ricowill receive a hospital discharge today after being hospitalized since May 28 at the Virgen del Rocío Hospital in Seville, after an accident with a horse during a trip to El Rocío (Huelva).
As a result of the accident, Sergio Rico sustained serious injuries that caused him to spend five weeks in the hospital’s ICU and later fell to the floor with medical care and attention.
The goalkeeper, 29 years old and trained at the Sevilla youth academy, where the first team was him from the 2014-15 to the 2018-19 season, was called up on Saturday, May 27, by the French team for the penultimate game of the French league, playing in Strasbourg, where PSG tied 1-1 and became champions of the tournament.
The goalkeeper, after that game, moved to the village of El Rocío, where he had an accident for which he was evacuated on Sunday, May 28, to the hospital of Seville and where he has remained since then.
