Benjamin Pavard is about to become the new player of Inter Milan after the Neroazzurro club and the Bayern Munich reached an agreement in principle for the transfer of the right-back for 28 million euros with five of the variables.
The 27-year-old French international ends his contract with the Bavarian entity in 2024 and Bayern leaders have put him on the market to prevent him leaving on a free for a year. The operations official is awaiting the German club to tie up a replacement before the market closes.
Pavard will sign a contract with Inter Milan for the next five seasons. “Today there is no announcement, but everything is fine. We are giving everything to sign Pavard, we are ambitious. It is not an illusion, we believe we can achieve it,” said Giuseppe Marotta, general director of the Italian club.
