“This morning I tried to send them a clear message of what Spanish society expects, that the Spanish Football Federation will not give a show on Friday again,” Francos stressed in a press conference held at the Government Sub- delegation in Tarragona. .
In this sense, regarding the extraordinary and urgent meeting this Monday of the Commission of Presidents of Autonomous and Territorial Federations, the head of the CSD asks Pedro Rocha to live according to what “Spanish society and Spanish football” is.
In his appearance, Francos recalled the steps the body will take in relation to Luis Rubiales, who on Saturday was temporarily disqualified from his duties as president of the RFEF for 90 days by FIFA.
The CSD president is waiting for the Sports Administrative Court (TAD), which met this Monday to deal with the case, to respond to the complaint for possible violation of the Sports Law and Royal Decree on Sports Discipline by Rubiales part. .
Francos insisted that he will summon the CSD board of directors to propose the suspension of Rubiales should the Administrative Court of Sport (TAD) file a complaint against the leader.
Concerned about Spain’s image
